RH changing their story about using outside vendors

Went to make a payment this morning and asked to get a waiver for our florist who is not one of their preferred vendors. In July, we were told this was fine, but when we met with another BM this morning, we were told we HAD to use a house vendor. Our florist spoke with the BM, and we are awaiting approval. Cross your fingers we are approved to use our florist, because I can't afford to use one of the house florists.
So annoyed that the story changed

yea it says it BUT from this site we know plenty of girls that did use non house florist, i would make the biggest scene.
there own fault at this point you got the go ahead from the last BM and now this new person wants to tell you what to do. i dont think so
that rule is BS!

Did you get an actual quote from the florist (in house)?
You may be able to get smaller bouquets or less expensive flowers/centerpieces.
Also, I have been to parties at CHCC with 300+ people and another party downstairs, the bathroom was NEVER a problem. It's HUGE. My fiancé's company has their Christmas party there every year and it is PACKED, the entire upstairs is for them. I never remember having an issue with a crowded bathroom.
The place is great, the food is great, and I'm sure (hope) you got a reasonable price. Don't fret!
ITA! If you do get stuck using a house vendor try to get less expensive flowers/centerpieces. Also, I don't think they can actually have 3 weddings at the same time bc what if it rains? Then they have to utilize a separate rooms for CH. Just try to relax and breathe! It will all work out!
