RH dilema

So today I went to see the Watermil and I really liked but I really like to the Swan Club (which I saw on thursday) I am so confused right now that I dont know what to do.... I love the ceremony area and the outdoor of the Swan Club but I dont like the reception (I feel is kind of small the dance floor) In the other hand I have the Watermill I really LOVE the Watermil reception but I am not that crazy about the ceremony area and plus is not water view.....Again if I do it in the watermill I will be saving around 1,500 which is pretty good but I dont know what to do I am so confuse.
Feedbacks please

I agree as well but, my cousin had her wedding in the smaller room in the Swan Club and had 100 and the dance floor fit everyone and I have to say....we all dance the whole night through. Everyone is still talking about her wedding and how much fun they had and how the food was great!

i love that you said that... FH and I are really looking into the swan club but we got upset when we saw that the dancefloor was small... but if you said you were at a wedding with 100 people and everyone fit comfortably, and i know i'll be having less than that, well then i'm a happy girl.

It is sooo beautiful there!!!! I have been to 3 weddings, winter, fall and summer. I have been in all 3 rooms and it is really nice. My cousin almost did the cup tier at her wedding but, they decided against it. I had thought about going here, stil thinking about it but, 3 weddings and the fact one was my cousin I feel competion. You love it there Rissa!!!! and anyone else that looks there!

well the room that they are offering me is the one that fit 40 to 65 guest (so I dont think is the same room) b/c I am having 55 guests and I feel that it is kind of small the dance floor

i think the swan club is going to do some remodeling by the time we get marry. That was one of the places i visited and they were offering me the small room too and the banquet manager said they may do remodeling in the near future. Since you like the watermill so much maybe there something you can do the ceremony area to enchance the room that is not so expensive.

I got married at Watermill and it was unbelievably amazing! Check out my review. I would do my whole wedding over the exact same way! I did not have my ceremony there but I know many on here have, so do a search to see if you can find some pics of how they decorated the area.

HTH and happy hunting!

Well, I never saw the Swan Club but when I walked into the Watermill I knew that was the place I was going to have my reception at. But I agree with the other girls when you know the place that steals your heat, that will be the place.

I know what you mean about the small room at the Swan Club....We loved the Swan Club too but FH said he absolutely did not want that tiny room! I felt it would be too hard to dance too and we have about 50-60 people coming. Also if we decided to add more people in the next year and a half that we would exceed the room maximum. Check out the Hill Room at Westbury Manor, The Metropolitan Club, Empire room at Leonard's, Garden Room at Larkfield, and the Carriage House at Milleridge Inn.

Thank you for the suggestion..... FH also had the same comment about the tiny room

We were torn between two places, and then Westbury Manor came around and that was it, we booked it the next weekend! But, I have to say, I've been to both and I really liked the Watermill!
