Re: RH dinner question??...
Yes..only if they're married (or seriously dating) I don't need them bringing some random person to my RD & wedding!!
Also, I'm seriously considering doing a Rehearsal Luncheon....to save some serious money lol

Re: RH dinner question??...
yup + more. FMIL guaranteed 50 ppl for the dinner so most likely everybody's invited with a date - but most of my friends have significant others so i dont think it'll be a big deal

Yup. It is really making our numbers jump b/c most of our BP are not couples but have SOs

Yea, we are too... i know some friends that didn't and some people were offended. It sucks b/c it's making our numbers REALLY jump up though.
ETA: I read somewhere that bringing a random date or someone the bride/groom doesn't know is a big no no.. So, hopefully all our guests will know this rule!!!

I will be. I think its a little rude not too. For example, one of the groomsmen are married and his wife is not one of my bridesmaids but I would feel bad if her husband was at the RH dinner and she wasn't invited. Lol I don't know why but I feel like I would be hurt if the invitation wasn't extended to me if my FH was in the bridal party and I wasn't yet we hang out with the couple often.

this is exactly what happened to me! I wasn't invited when FH was in a BP and I was like WTH! but now that I'm looking into it and trying to price it out I can see why I really wanted to have it at our favorite restaurant right near our church but if we invite significant others it will be like another $1000 ...I just feel that maybe we should bring food in and have it back at my parents house then because it's too much $..we're paying for alot if it ourselves and barely making that and our wedding is on a Thursday..FIL's haven't helped with a dime while my parents shocked us and are paying for the hall which is amazing...I just can't hold my breath for his parents to pay for the RD and for that $ I'd rather put it towards the wedding I think

I am defiantly inviting significant others as long as it is a long time thing, spouses and fiances of course.

Re: RH dinner question??...
I only plan on allowing significant others as long as they are in a serious relationship. I am not going to tell anyone in the bridal party who are just bringing any date to my wedding that they can bring someone to the RD. That just seems crazy to me.
