ribbon for pocket folds

How much ribbon did you use for each pocketfold? I am using a 5x7 pocketfold and am trying to figure out how much I need.

How did you affix the ribbon to the invite?

I have 6x6 square pocketfolds. I figured out that I need a 16' piece of ribbon for each invite - that's withOUT tying a bow - glued under my monogram tag.

So I'm making 100 invites at 16' each. I need about 45 yards of ribbon. I ended up buying a spool of 100 yards so that I have it for other projects (unity candle, memorial candle, baskets, etc).

I will be using the double sided permanent roll on tape for the ribbon - same as I'm using for the invite and color mats.

I bought enough to make 18' and trimmed when appropriate.

I secured the ribbon w/a clear glue dot on the back, and a favor tag on the front.
