ribbon in bulk

I'm going to make my own ribbon wands and need lots and lots of ribbon.
I find Michael's terrible in that department. I can never find the same color twice and most of their rolls don't have a lot on them. I had such a hard time getting enough ribbon for my e-party invites and had to send a bunch out with different ribbon.

Any suggestions? Is AC Moore better?

What kind of ribbon? Curling ribbon? Try Cedarhurst Paper in Oceanside.

The fabric ribbon. That's like a party city place, right?

Yes it's like Party City but much more stuff and I think at better prices. For fabric I can only think of Michael's, AC Moore or maybe Joanne (its a fabric stre) in Westbury on Old Country Road.

I know my mom got a lot of ribbon from there for my shower and I got the ribbon there for my favors.

I know a couple of other brides on LIW have also used them.
