we actually had a similar ring post on the 10 board today and i was just waiting for it to blow up into drama and it stayed civil..odd....guess us girls are on our best behavior today

she posted the same thread here!! i saw it earlier i guess it go worse here!!...but is the FH who was to upgrade her ring...she was just asking for opinions lol

The thread was pulled shortly after.. it really wasn't much drama though. Someone asked a question about getting a bigger diamonds and then some girls just commented on how those posts usually turn into drama and how people can get insulted talking about size and quality of diamonds. I didnt think it was real drama though.. but apparently I am clueless when drama happens so I could be totally wrong right now.

Yes it was.

I got upset b/c a post like that always turns into drama and hurt feelings for both sides. And it was posted on the 2010 AND the 2009... no need for that. Post on the BHB or something or maybe the new Engaging Ideas Board.

You have girls saying they dont like large rings which then in turn makes the girls w/ larger rings get upset and vice versa.

When did an E-ring turn into a female pissing contest?

We all have beautiful rings and they ARE beautiful because of the meaning behind them NOT because of the size, cut, clarity....etc.

I saw the post.. I didn't see what the big deal was. Those who wanted to answer it did and those who were offended should just have ignored it. I saw people saying they wouldn't want any bigger then what they had and I thought that was nice that they were happy with whatever size they had so whatever to each it's own
