Rings on honeymoon

I have been thinking, that it might be better to not wear our rings on the honeymoon. As much as I will want to wera them and will be so sad to take them off after only being married for 2 days, I have just heard do many horror stories about rings being lost in the ocean, pool, beach etc. We are goin on a cruise and will be spending a lot of time on the beach and by the pool. I know you can put them in a sfe, but that still makes me nervous. What do you ladies think?

I'm going to wear my rings. That's why they're insured.

Since I will be surfing/scuba diving for a majority of my honeymoon...FH and I are going to buy a traditional set of Hawaiian wedding bands on our first day in Hawaii as our 2nd matching set.

Insured or not, I don't want to risk anything!

there's insurance for a reason we bought our rings to wear them and show em off... ive been on a cruise with my ering and left it in the safe for excursions

i wore my ring on a cruise i was on this summer. when i went swimming i put it on my middle finger because it's tighter on there. i even went in the ocean with it on!

I am not bringing my E-ring. Our HM is all about adventures and diving so I am not comfortable leaving it in a room safe cause yes they can get broken into also.....if all I was doing was swimming I just wouldnt take it off but we are diving the blue hole in Belize and wearing it isnt really an option.

Gosh I had never even thought about that. I mean if the rings fit snug I don't see why not but now you are really scaring me about this I might have to ask FH what he thinks.

I think we'll just do wedding bands..definitely not bringing the e-ring.

I wore mine but we also didn't go to the caribbean or somewhere we'd be in water most of the time.

HOWEVER, I got engaged while on a cruise so i had no choice but to wear e-ring. I had no issues at all and i wore it all the time, i dont trust safes. Cruise safe MIGHT be different but i know some ppl who had stuff stolen out of their hotel room safes, it was an inside job.
