They do alterations..the price is worth the trek. They are not big on customer service but the price is so worth it!
To get the best price from RK you would have to buy from the 'no frills' program, which means you have to measure your girls yourself and place the order on your own. You would pick up the dresses when they came in and do alterations on your own. The sticker on my BM dresses was $180, I got them for $129 plus tax.
i got my dress and my BM dresses there. my dress came in a few weeks late, but i ordered it in plenty of time so it wasn't a big deal. they have been great so far. my BM saved alot of $$ b/c some did the no frills so thats when they will beat any price. i am getting my alterations there- so far i have only gone for a try on, but my fittings are scheduled. the only downfall it even though you have an appointment you still have to sign in and possibly wait! everything else has been great!
