Apparently their alterations department isn't the greatest (this is just what I've heard on here and I asked this question before and that's what people said). So, for a cheaper price you can get your dress and take it somewhere else for alterations.

and you MEASURE YOURSELF...they dont measure you...so any mistakes are yours....

The NO FRILLS program works as follows:
You select, and are responsible for the dress style, the color, and the size using the measuring chart below. By Choosing the NO FRILLS program you are receiving a discounted price on the dress. There are No Alterations or Trying-On in the store. For questions on measuring see our website.

They also charge you 10 dollars extra plus shipping and hadling and tax if you order under a certain amount of bridesmaid dresse. Their gowns aren't always the cheapest either. I'm getting mine for about 100 cheaper then what they sell it for.
