RK Bridal 'No Frills' Program for Bridesmaid Dresses
Anyone ever use this? Gave a great price but sounds a little scary, how there's no customer service or guarantees or anything. I want to save my girls $ but also want the dresses right! Feel free to FM me. TIA!

my girls did it, pretty much you order it through RK and you have to find a place to alter the dresses. I would recommend having your girls get professionally measured so they get the right size

I did it a few years ago for a BM dress. It was easy to fax the order in with my measurements (taken by my grandma, the master seamstress), the dress came in in a timely manner and it was perfect when I got it! I had no problems and would definitely use the No Frills program again!

I did this and we got the dresses about a month ago. It worked out great because the girls were able to save money. We did the measurements ourselves and I was terrified, we got the sizes right on for everyone except my MOH, the dress turned out a size too big, but nothing that can't be fixed.

how does this program work?
With the 'no frills' program you bring in your measurements or just your dress size and have RK order the dress for you. They don't measure you so they aren't responsible if it doesn't fit right. Also, they do not do alterations and you cannot try the dress on in the store when you pick it up. But it is a bit cheaper.

I did it for my girls and it worked out great especially since they live all over the country.
They all got professionally measured and sent me their measurements. I faxed in the order and three weeks later the dresses showed up. For the girls that live in NY I had all their dresses shipped to my grandmother's houe in NJ so we didn't have to pay tax on them. Those that lived OOS didn't get taxed so they were shipped to them directly.
The accidentally sent me the wrong color (black instead of dark brown --- easy mistake). I called them up that Monday and they exchanded them with no problem. They even shipped out the new dresses before all of them were returned.

i had bought 2 BM gowns from them for myself a year ago and had no problem with the size. (i measured myself) it definitely saved me $!

Call and ask -- they will give you No Frills pricing over the phone!

i did it for my sister's wedding last july.
we got the dresses for a lot cheaper. you just have to measure yourselves and fax your order in.
