I've heard from a few people that rk bridal doesn't do alterations,..is this true?

Yeah, they do--maybe you were informed about the 'no frills' program where you just give them measurements, pick up the gowns and you're on your own!! My girls got their Jim Hjelm gowns there for a steal!

My friend bought her wedding dress there last year and they did her alterations. I think it was pretty pricey, around $250 I think

It's up to a cap of $300.... (I slipped in at $275). From what I saw taht isn't a lot, and a cap is a very good thing to have, I have heard of people being told it won't be much, and it ending up being very expensive...

The no frills program is when you order bridesmaid dresses from them without them doing anything like taking measurements or doing alterations. They won't even let you try them on when you pick up the dresses. But you get them at a much better price.
