I get like these aches in my legs sometimes... esp when I have caffeine (coffee, chocolate, etc..) and I get weird sensations in my legs sometimes... I kind of self-diagnosed myself with RLS... I know my dad said he gets the same thing sometimes but only in the winter... I also know my aunt (distant) has something similar..so when looking online, RLS came up... so I was curious .. I hate this..

I saw the neurologist, she said she dosent know. Theres really no test for RLS.. they just go based on symptoms. I have been taking stuff to control it but it really stinks.. like it always starts in the evening and almost always with the the onset of caffeine, chocolate, sugary stuff, hmm I might as well eat lettuce all day
