Hi are any of you doing the rose ceremony at the church and if so, how much were your roses from your florist for this ceremony? my florist just told me it was going to be $65 for six roses! what about you?

The mothers rose ceremony??? i thought you were supposed to give them each a rose. if so, can your florist just put two roses in your bouquet for them?

Are you talking about 'Flowers for the Blessed Mother' or Flowers for your Moms?
Either way my florist included both for free.

$65 is a lot for half a dozen roses in July especially when it's mixed in with the rest of your flower order. IMO, that's something they should just give you.

I know that this is a lot my FH is doing to talk to the florist today. If he insists on charging me 55 dollars that I am not giong to d othe ceremony. I thought he would throw them in as well. Ithink he is now realizing that he charged me too little for flowers and is trying to balance it out. I just got the balance and I have to go over everything because it does not make sense to me! Even with things we added in later. thanks gals
the rose ceremony is after you say I do, the minister instructs you to go give a rose to your FH mother and grandmothers and he does the opposite.
