I would assume so.... I plan on buying some through a wholesale website...so they will prob. get to my house the day before the wedding...so I guess I would fill the petal cones then...(if I were doign cones)..I plan on using the petals to decorate the tables...
If you didn't use cones, how would you distribute the petals to your guests?
Well they are going to be blowing bubbles..Im not doing petals for the ceremony...I plan on using petals to scatter on the tables..they will compliment my CP nicely.

your florist would be the one who would provide you with the rose petals....if you're not planning on doing petal cones buy organza bags and put the petals in there! they're very inexpensive...
Florist def supplies rose petals.. they are extra tho.. and I would put all in a big bowl by the doors for people to grab on the way out so they don't have to hold them. or get rid of the cone afterwards

my sister had to pay $250 for the rose petals, so i assummed i was going to have to pay for them, i even mentioned it, and thought they would charge me after i was sort of willing to pay for it, she said no b/c they do such volume with roses that it doesn't cost them anything, there also putting rose petals in both flower girl baskets, on all the tables around CP and on the card table for free..
