I am booked with them because they are Leonard's recommended Limo company. They gave us a great deal. The cars were clean and they were very nice. After we had booked, we heard from a few friends that they have used Royalty in the past for either weddings or proms, etc. and have been very happy with the service.

Not a fan.

We used them for my sister's wedding.

In the BM car there was coke someone had spilled the night before or at an earlier party and it seeped all the way up my satin gown. When we told the driver he literally just shrugged and didn't say anything. He didn't apologize, didn't offer to help, didn't seem concerned at all. I was SOOO upset. Luckily another BM had brought shout wipes. I kept thinking what if this had happenned to the bride's gown!

Also, we wanted to stop for drinks (there were none in our limo although I think there were supposed to be) they driver wouldn't stop, which was less annoying.

I was willing to give them a second chance since they are recommended at my hall and I thought maybe they'd give me a discount to make right what happenned to my sister. When I saw them at a Bridal show, someone approached and said 'oh my friend used you' and he said 'oh how was it?' so she said it was a gret experience. After she left I said we used them for my sister's wedding and it wasn't a great experience, and he said 'Look, we do thousands of weddings a year, you don't have to come to us' which REALLY pizzed me off.

We went with Camelot instead.
