RP from BHB: Reception Contract Questions

We're 80% sure we're going to book tonight. We're going for our second visit there and bringing my mother so that she can see the hall before we book.

**What things should I make sure are specified in the contract?**

I understand the day and time, the minimum # of guests, all of the 'extras' he's thrown in for free as well as the things we are leaving out, and the payment terms.

What am I missing?

How much vendors and children are? Whether or not they're counted in the final head count.

Whether or not there will be other events at the same time, or if they're staggered?

What's the ratio of guests to waiters and bartenders?

GET A DETAILED LIST of the liquors they offer - you determine if they're top shelf or not.

What happens if you don't meet your min?

Payment schedule available?

What's the party to bathroom ration? Will your guests have to share a bathroom if there is another event?
