What is the most important, most wanted extra you can have at your wedding CH/VH, dinner reception, that people would look for, love and would rave about??

For cocktail hour we are having an outdoor grill chef who will be grilling up food to order for our guests....I guess it's kind of like a station, but it will be fun!
I'm also really want to do a french martini as our drink of the evening and have a vodka luge thing to make the drink with.... I think it would really be a fun ides.....our color is the color of a french martini so it would be great!
I'm still confused on the vodka luge thing....the ice luge I'm thinking of is a Huge tilted block of ice that we drill long squiggly lines in the top of; one person stands at the top, and pours down a shot to the person standing at the bottom....is that what you are talking about?
The VODKA bar is HOTTTTTTTt
I saw it at one RH i went to. They had a huge ICed sculpture Polar Bear with diff Vodkas......resting on the bear..

God no. No, this is a huge carved out ice sculpture thing where it holds 4 different bottles of vodka (different flavors). You pour the vodka flavor of your choice into the luge, and it comes out through a hole into your martini glass....

they do it with martinis for weddings to chill the drink, you pour the drink down the top and then it flows into the martini glass at the bottom. unless someone has a really cool laid back family who does shots out of it at the reception, lol.
I'm thinking about it.....I have an outdoor patio that's pretty big at my RH, and one of my friends has a stand for it....I will try to find pics when I get home. My fam will be totally up to it, not too sure about FH's fam, but we have enough friends that will love it!

I got the Martini Bar and made sure it came with the ice slide. I love that idea. I have never seen it at another wedding, so mine will be the first. Technically that is kinda like having 2 ice sculputures, one that I got for free and the martini bar one

Yeah that's where I saw it...I love that book! I'm getting a lot from there. although I have been able to sale and coupone my way to some better deals in stores(no shipping)

I'm thinking about the chocolate fountain...I had it at my e-party and it was a hit, but I don't know how I feel about chocolate and nice dresses. there are a few people in my wedding party that can't keep food off their clothes!

I went to a wedding at Russos once and they had a Greek station. I will have a Greek station with chilled ouzo, of course, the ouzo. The night I got engaged my mom didnt have champanged to toast us so she took out the ouzo and we all had shots,

We are having a sushi bar at the ch and also I am doing a slipper basket, and I think that extra will stay w/ people (hopefully)

I would do sushi, its a nice touch, but no one in my family eats it and I dont think my friends do, so that will be a waste
