RSVP & Gift Spreadsheet
Does anyone have a spreadsheet just to keep track of the guest list including who responded, if they sent a gift and if you sent a thank-you note? I know I could make one on excel...just being lazy. Thanks!

Re: RSVP & Gift Spreadsheet
Bridesmate.comhas a great setup for invitation wording, place cards, RSVP's, shower gifts and wedding gifts. It's really great to keep track of all this contact info. It can get confusing

Re: RSVP & Gift Spreadsheet
I read somewhere another cute idea. You could buy a recipe box with the little dividers by letters. You can file everyones response card and on the back you could write down what they got you for engagement, shower and wedding.
That way its easy to find the names if you are going to one of their weddings or something.
Just another idea

Re: RSVP & Gift Spreadsheet
I started to keep track of all the addresses I need for the invites. I did it during the holidays while doing Christmas cards. That way you have an accurate list properly written out with all the etiquette rules and you can put whether or not it's the bride or groom side and you can even make up categories of work people, friends, etc. It creates lists for you. You can print up lists of who RSVP'ed, who gave a gift and what, and also keep track if you sent thank you's. It's great!Welcome New Vendors
