Is it customary for people who aren't coming to your wedding to wait to RSVP? I am just curious because right now we have 114 yes's and 14 no's!! We would love everyone to come but we also factored in a 20% decline. Thanks!!

I think it depends on a lot - we sent out STD's so we figured since ONLY ONE person told us they would be busy that day we would have a lot say yes - well - almost all of our No's came flying in fast in the beginning. We are now past our RSVP date - we haven't heard from say 20 people SOME which we have CALLED and they have yet to call us back so we assume they are No's - BUT the last week or so they were all yes's and only 1 no - I think the people who hold off want to come but something is hold them back
