RSVP story...a friend of my DH's called about a week before our wedding. He wanted to know if we were going to his wedding (Aug 13th).
We never got an invite, never even knew when the wedding was, but of course my DH told him we were going. It turns out that his friend mailed the invite to my MIL's house...my MIL then put the invite on the side to give to us and kept forgetting!!!
I felt awful that I was one of THOSE people...the ones that we all hate.I mean, we didn't have the invite, but I still felt awful1

no worries - I contacted everyone again for their address just to make sure they went to the right place.
Suprised that they waited so long to call and see if you were coming to the wedding.
