RUNNERS!!!!!!!

i stopped by a running store in the city last night to see what they had. they didnt help me at alllll! i just picked a cute pair and tried them on. lol im sooo exciteddddd. im going to start running but i DEFFF need to go to Jack rabbit or something and today im going to fit myself for orthotics
going to get those shipped to me ASAP b4 i invest in a good pair of sneakers.

im just excited lol

run forest runnnnn

jack rabbit is great - there are a TON of great running stores

even paragon sports in union square has one of those machines to determine if you over or under pronate. it's more of an overall sporting goods store, rather than a running store, but still a cool device!

goodluck!

look into getting Nike+. it hooks up to your ipod and tracks distance, time, calories, etc. that's what got me into running regularly in the first place.

you don't need to have Nike's to use it = you can buy a little pouch that ties onto your sneakers to hold the sensor.
