Did anyone else experience this? Kiera has a runny nose and I've heard it could be a side effect of teething. If your child did have this how soon after the runny nose did the tooth come through? She's been teething for over 3 months now and I just want something to come through already

Re: Running nose while teething?
yes its true, runny noses are symptoms of teething, my son has 4 teeth now and it never fails every time he is getting a tooth, his nose runs like crazy and he tugs at his ear and he sometimes gets a fever too! But I am warning you when they are teething, it could be a while before you even see a tooth!

Re: Running nose while teething?
Emily has one tooth (AHHHHHH!) she'll be nine months next week. She cut that tooth after a runny nose and that was two months ago. Now she has another runny nose, soooo we are hoping she gets some more teeth soon! She is so uncomfortable. I feel so bad for her.

Yes, its definetly a side effect of teething/cutting teeth. I always thought my son was coming down with something, until I finally caught on!

Re: Running nose while teething?
My sons nose runs like a water faucet, it all started when he began teething at about 5 mos. Now he is about to turn 1 and is still runs, I expect that it will until he gets all of his teeth. This is totally normal - they can also get a slight fever as well.
