Do you know if the tables are kept out on the terrace during the vienesse hour? i don't want them to be. I want guests to have to come back into the main room to eat their desserts. I've been to two weddings where the VH was in another room and guests stayed in that other room to eat the desserts, meanwhile the main room still had music and dancing but noone was in there.... i figure if they go out to the terrace for the VH, it wouldnt be so bad if they still had to come back into the paty room to eat them... does anyone know? Do you think moving the tables off the terrace after the CH would be a ridiculous request????

I have no idea.. I am waiting to hear back from them regarding another question. I can definately ask for you. I don't think they keep the tables there because its kind of silly but I am not sure.

I am not sure what room you were in but the Tivoli room and the larger room (totally forgot the name of the bigger one)..........the VH opens up, the doors open and they do the whole 'RUSSOS PROUDLY PRESENTS THE VH HOUR' then guests can go in, walk around get what they want and then go back to the chairs. It is no setup like the CH hour. All the chairs and tables are gone by then (no idea where they go) and the guests have to go back to their tables to eat! Don't worry your guests will be back in your room with FULL plates!

We're in the Renaissance Room (that's the name of the bigger one)... So glad they have to go back to the party room to eat their desserts!!!! YAY!!!!!!
