After booking your florist.... when do you get to see sample centerpieces?

I went with my girlfriend when she got married 2 years ago, and he did it for her the day she went to sign the contract.

I booked my florist about a month ago. Since I live so close any time she does a sample for a bride that she think I will like she asks to me to come see it - i have seen 2 so far. We loved teh second one and are just going to change teh colors - we wont see ours probably till about 2 months beofre the wedding

My florist told me that once I booked, she would make me one right away! She just needs a week or two to order what she needs.
