Sandals Question

FH and I NEED to book our HM really soon. We wanted to do a certain trip but found out we can't:(

So, we are looking into a Sandals trip. We want both laid-back and relaxing AND upscale and fun. We don't want to be bored and need lots of stuff to do. Does anybody have any suggestions based on a personal trip, HM or feedback you've heard? TIA.

Re: Sandals Question

My Aunt did Sandals in St. Lucia and LOVED IT! She said they were treated like Kings and Queens.

My FH and I went to Riviera Maya, Mexico this past summer and loved it. We booked through Jetblue it was a direct flight and we booked the hotel through them as well. We stayed at the El Dorado Royale Spa Resort. It's adults only. The food is great. The staff is excellent. They were constantly walking up and down the beach asking if you needed a drink. The place was SOOO clean. We had our own pool. We stayed in the Casita section. They have private pools in that section with swim up bars and they have a nice health bar that makes protein shakes and smoothies. It's all inclusive. The only thing that we didnt like was that they have sand bags in the water from the hurricane. No on seemed to mind though.

Re: Sandals Question

If you do a search under 'sandals' you will find a ton of stuff. Everything I have read is positive about all the Sandals resorts.....right now we are between Sandals in St. Lucia or Aventura in Mexico...either way just give me a cocktail and a beach with warm weather and I am good to go :)

I think all-inclusive is the way to go...Sandals just had this huge sale too that ended yesterday :( I am sure they will have it again.
