Hi guys, wondering for any of you who have been to Sandals is the room up grade worth it We are currently getting there Deluxe room, which is a standard. I was thinking of upgrading to a beachfront junior suite for a total difference of $628. IS THIS WORTH IT????
I also booked our honeymoon with Sandals, and the only difference is that you have 24-hr. room service in the honeymoon suite, a full mini-bar that is replenished daily, a four-post bed and an overall larger room. I had the honeymoon suite booked, but I just changed it to a standard room and am now staying 2 days longer with the $$ I saved. Every room (standard too) has a balcony and an oceanview, you can eat all day and they have some snack stuff open all night, and I think we``ll be drinking enough that we won``t need the bar in the room! For the money you save on the honeymoon suite, stay another day or two!
We had the standard room, and while it was MORE than adequate, I was disappointed that we didn't go for the concierge suite. It had 24 hour room service, which we really would have liked.
