Sandals vs. Club Med..

anyone have any experience with either or know what the main differences are?

I was a little dissappointed that Sandals didnt have many locations being that the Bahamas is the only location they have that is not in the hurricane belt in august and I'm trying to find other options....

I've only been to club med in my single days! I think their reputation has changed but I don't know how geared towards couples they are.

I dont think club med is adults only. If thats not important to you check it out.

I think the adults only thing depends on the actual Club Med resort. Some are adult only and some aren't. However, back in the day, the adult only clubs were not at all couple-ish. It was more like a week of spring break.

i've only been to Sandals Negril in Jamaica. It was AWESOME!!! everyone was so attentive and courteous. and it was ADULTS ONLY!

I went during memorial weekend and it was pretty deserted bcuz of hurricane season but we had no problems AT ALL! food was great! water has been the BEST ive been in so far! Crystal Clear, Warm and CALM!
