Thanks so much--how did you like it?

Did the bride/groom come out of the wall during intros or did they do a standard entrance? My fiancee and I are trying to figure out what we want---the wall turns so damn slow lol

How was the food?

Ok did you arrive early for hospitality hour? Did the wedding you attended have their ceremony onsite? After cocktail hour were their clear instructions for guests to go downstairs to the ballroom?

What was your overall impression of service? My contract says 1 Server per table was this true? After you were done eating did they ask you for seconds? Ok that's all for now LOL I'm sure I will ask for more.

I've been binge watching Four Weddings all week and one of the weddings at the Sand Castle has been my favorite. I wish one of my friends was getting married there. The place looks so elegant and grand. The food and the dessert train were to die for. I'm sure you ladies will have an amazing wedding.

FH and I went to a wedding there in 2006. To this day, it's one of, if not THE, best weddings we've ever been to! We didn't arrive early, the ceremony was on site and we made it just on time, lol. The cocktail hour was AMAZING. We were so full from cocktail hour, but it didn't stop us from getting seconds for dinner! HAHA! Food was so good. It wasn't like typical wedding food. The instructions were clear after the ceremony where to go, and after cocktail hour where to go. The didn't do the intro coming out of the wall. My ONLY complaint about the sand castle is the rectangular dance floor makes it hard for some tables to see what's going on. Other than that, it was seriously one of our favorite weddings. We still talk about it.

Omg! My FH and I are also getting married at SandCastle, and we were also talking about how slow that wall entrance is!!! I wish there was a way to make that go a bit faster.

1. THanks so much for the review guys1

2. Ugh we are still talking about whether or not we are doing it. It just feels so corny BECAUSE it's so slow lol. Are you guys going to do it?

I think we're going to check our options. Perhaps when I go for the showcase I'll ask if we can test it out. If it's super slow I may ask for another ' grand entrance'

They did come out of the wall which was really cute. The food was good. My fiancé had filet mignon which I loved, I was not a fan of my chicken lol

The ceremony was supposed to start at 6 and I think they started around 7. The ceremony was onsite and it was outside which was really nice. I don't remember if there were clear instructions for guests to go downstairs to the ballroom but everyone just knew when to go. I was sitting outside so I am sure they made the announcement inside. OMG the service. They were all over the table and were so good with refilling drinks the second you took a few sips so you won't have to worry about that haha. They did come around asking if anyone wanted seconds.

Awesome! Thanks for all the responses. LOL when I had my tasting I wasn't into the chicken as well. The Filet Mignon is to die for I also tried the Salmon which was really good.

Entrance: I am definitely doing this I wanted a hall w/ a grand entrance. OMG I have yet to see a Four Weddings episode at Sand Castle sighs do they post these episodes online? I've really been trying to catch it. I know it exists though LOL.
