Save the date...edited with question about names

Here's a pic of the save the date I've been thinking about what do you think? Do you think we can have just our first names or should it have first and last names on your save the date???

I just ordered mine this morning and with both first and last names. If we don't have last names some of the guests might not who they are coming from. Some of our parents friends and their co-workers (that they insist on inviting) don't really know Mike and I.

BTW: Your possible STD choice is really cute

adorable! I would use first and last names for your less familiar guests.
