I love these book mark save the dates. Do you think they will just end up in the trash? I know magnets get saved..so that's the safest bet...but was looking for something a bit different. I love to read and I love the rustic look of these. Thoughts?
I would love those but if most people don't read on a regular basis they probably won't use them

I was thinking the same thing. But then was thinking -- they might just tack it up on the fridge or memo board with all the other save the dates. I am so indecisive with everything!!

I really like these!!! I'm always reading something so I think it would be a great idea... but I guess most people haven't picked up a book in ages... I think they would just stick it to the fridge anyway though... If you like them, go for it!!!

I think a lot of people throw out STD's anyway (even the magnets) so if they dont read I dont think it matters too much. I don't see mine on everyone's fridge
But its a really unique idea!!

I think they're really cute! A friend of mine used book marks and I had never seen it before. This might just be me, but I look at STD's just as an announcement to get the word out. Some people might keep them but I'm sure lots throw them away once they know what the date is.
I used magnets figuring a few people might use them but I don't care if they get thrown out, I just want people to realize my date is a Sunday so there's no last minute surprises. Mind you, FH and I would probably throw out a magnet once we saw the date because we don't have ANYTHING on our fridge so we're definitely not going to stick one random magnet up there. I'd put the date on a calendar and that would be it.
Basically, I think those are adorable and I think it's a good idea to use them. People who want to keep them will.

i love them!!! i would totally use it as a bookmark.
pepple actually use our eparty invites as bookmarks (because it was the same size)

I love them!
We did bookmarks, and a lot of people were like 'why didn't you just get magnets, I don't read.' For us, it was about expressing ourselves. We're both big readers (I'm an English teacher and FH is a history teacher), and we wanted something that suited our personalities. I personally don't care if people use them or not, or if they put them on their fridges with magnets (like FMIL did). This is something we really like and care about!
