Save the Dates?

What do you think about them? Are you sending out save the date cards/magnets? I feel like it fits more perfectly with destination weddings..im stuck!

we sent them out (postcards) but i wish i had waited. if your weddings in may u might as well wait til invites?

Save the Dates?

We mailed our magnets out right after Christmas so they didn't get confused with holiday cards!

Destination weddings or longer engagements. We sent ours 9 months before the wedding. I think save the dates are typically sent between 12 and 6 months. I agree that if you're wedding is in May, you should probably just wait until you send out your invitations.

This! I sent mine out a week or two before thanksgiving. I would just wait for the invites. Everyone close to you probably marked the date on their calendar already.
