Hey girls, So I haven't been on lately because I'm officially a single lady now.
I never thought I'd be writing one of 'these' posts ever in my life, but here it goes. My FH decided he was confused and wasn't sure about getting married. We decided to work things out (at least I was) but after about 2 weeks he just gave up and said he just didn't feel it anymore and didn't want to try. He did it in an awful way and if he were to ever change his mind I could never trust him again. It's definitely over.
I'm staying as strong as I can right now with the help of all my friends and family. I'm devastated. We were best friends for 1 year in college then started dating and have been together for 5 years. We've been living together for 2 years so the apartment situation is a mess, especially since he is not from the area. I've stood my ground and kicked him out ASAP and am forging ahead with my new life.
This is such a shock to me, as we were not unhappy. I feel he's just missing his college days and his independence and isn't willing to find a balance between that stuff and me now. We were never the fighting type.
I'm trying very hard not to think about the past and only focus on what I hope is an exciting part of my life.
Thanks for everything girls! I'll miss you.

I'm so so sorry to hear that! It's so an unfortunate situation. Stay strong and take it day by day, you'll get through it and perhaps someone that really deserves you is right around the corner. We are here for you!

Keep your head up. You have a strong attitude about embracing this time in your life instead of looking back in the past-you never know what lies ahead, and that could be something awesome!

I'm so sorry! I can only imagine what you're going through and it must be so confusing and painful right now. Stay strong and know that when you find the right guy, one who truly deserves you, he will have no doubts about marrying you!

So sorry to hear this! Its his loss that he wants to be single and independent, but in the long run, for you, its best that this happens now as opposed to later. I hope you find peace with this situation soon.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have to deal with a situation like this. It will be difficult in the beginning but you stay strong and keep your head up. Good thing that it happened now as oppose to later.

I am so sorry. In the long run, it's probably better that this is happening now than later. You will be saved a lot more pain. And even though it doesn't seem that way right now, you will find someone better.
