Scheduling Your Tasting (Flowerfield esp.)

So, Flowerfield didn't notify us about our tasting until just a few weeks before your the date... I had plans to go away for the date that they originally gave me. I asked if we could reschedule. They said yes. I just messaged my banquet manager and found out that the next tasting is November 14th. I have an important obligation that day as well... :/ Both of the times were Sundays at noon...

Did any other brides have trouble scheduling their tastings? My schedule is really, really busy these days...
