The judge is allowing the trial to be moved to L.A. Because he doesnt feel he will get a fair trial. A FAIR TRIAL. First of all he killed his poor wife and son. He will get the same trial no matter where he goes. I HATE THIS MAN. I hope he rotts in jail Forever. They should murder him like he murdered them! LOSER!!!! I cant believe they even allowed this.

There has already been a preliminary hearing and the judge determined there is enough evidence to go to trial. It usually goes to grand jury or preliminary hearing and they chose the preliminary hearing.
What would you do if it were you, your FH, your mom or dad who was the one killed...Would you still rather see a guilty man go free? How do you think OJ Simpson's ex in-laws feel when they see him on tv...free? Happy that a possible innocent man is free? I don't think so.
Of course Jennifer...this puts an ENTIRE different spin on things!!! I also wonder if my view on the death penalty would change in this situation....I'm just glad that I am not and hopefully never will be in a situation where I would have to contemplate this...
