And Laci's blood that was found in his boat was from????

That's funny, because my gutt tells me he didn't do it.

Maybe I am giving him too much credit, but would he really kill his unborn child?

Also, I recall hearing something about finding tape around the unborn child's neck which is a sign of a cult killing.

About his fleeing, even if he had, I do not believe that makes him guilty. He was desperate; he was being tried and punished in the media, which he knew would influence any trial in a court of law.

Also, did they really find her blood on his boat?

wasn't there cement dust found in his boat as well as shoes ? I probably am wrong but i could swear I Heard that. Also I just find it weird that he said missing to her mother, why didn't he ask if she saw her or heard from her? Sometimes ell thought out plans leave room for error and that I find powerful

He was going to this parents and he just so happened to have
10,000 on him and coincidentially had dyed his hair.
And that was a dye job

Dont forget he had his brothers identification on him!

Re: Scott Peterson

to be honest...I don't remember what color pants I am wearing day to day...much less other people...I think some evidence like that...cannot be taken too seriously...

they found a piece of hair (like Lacis) on a pair of pliers (yuck...the thought) on his boat...

the autopsy report is sealed...and there is a gag order...they think that the defense could have leaked what they wanted - so that the media would give them a break...but I don't think we will know about the autopsy...until the full trial...

That is not necessarily true, remember. OJ Simpson.

Exactly.

I voted who cares. I've sat on a case with a nasty man you just so BADLY wanted to slam for crimes we 'think' he committed. In the end the TRUE justice is whether or not they can PROVE he did it.

Im stupid like that. I still believe in our system in somuch that if they are deemed innocent, then it's over no matter what we think.

Which is why I think people should WANT to be on jury duty but still I think the case should be solid. Its just so EASY to blame him. Media and a lot of emotion makes it so very simple to say 'Gulity'. I have to assume there's more there.

So basically if Im not on the case.... who cares? How many people are murdered daily? How many suspects make it to court and trial? Who cares about those? No one. Just this was a pregnant lady who disappeared near a holiday and it was a good news worth front line story. The media doesnt care about her, just the rating they receive by making this 'THE' case of the year.

What about the guy who stranged his 10month old baby and killed three adults and kidnapped 3 kids. He is guilty by his own actions, so no one cares.

What about story about that other guy who beat one of a set of twin boys to death? Anyone know what happened to that? Who cares?

So much goes on out there, but no one cares unless it's the 'case' of the time. Media at it's best. So much death, hate and anger. No one cares until it's too late.

Guilty or innocent this man makes no difference in my life. Because if he's innocent then I can't change that. If he's guilty then he's in jail and that doesnt change my life at all.

This sorta stuff makes me so icky feeling and fed up with bogus media blitzes. Sorry if I offended anyone unknowingly.

I'm close to your here...but I say...I'd rather see a guilty man free than an innocent man in jail...plus when cases like this and OJ get so much attention...and if they are wrongly set free...you know their life sucks and they can't get away with anything...even speeding...without the media pouncing on it!!

that is so sad...there are other pregnant women who are missing and killed - like the one woman in the bay area a few months before...or the woman on the side of the building (Kristina?) on the BQE

I agree that people are killed everyday. It makes me sick too. Did you see that arsehole who killed his 10 month old and kidnapped his 3 littlegirls. and then shot himself in the face. To bad he didnt kill himself! And by the way the pregnant girl they found dead in the bay area (her name was Kristin. He had something with that name he dated three girls named Kristin) She was said to be dating Scott Peterson at the time of her murder!

I second all that Yabbobay said!

Also, I would rather a guilty person go free than an innocent person sit in prison for life, just like she said. When I do see these people get released after serving 18+ years after they were wrongly convicted...oh how sick I get. That is why I feel the importance of a fair trial for ANYONE.

I TOTALLY AGREE HERE!!! I can't stand to hear about imprisoned people who have been wrongly convicted...I always think that what if it was me, or DH??? or my Mom or Dad? ya know?? ugh...it scares me to death.

Re: Scott Peterson

I agree, too. Part of my feelings aboutt his case are wrapped up in my belief that police , sometimes, decide on a victim and focus so much attention on that one person, that they miss obvious clues that indicate someone else.

And then the media steps in. We are ready to send this guy to jail because he was having an affair, he dared to try to avoid media attention and he initially made some inaccurate statements.

I had someone try to open up a credit card with me as a secondary user last year. When I went to the police station to fill out an identity theft complaint, I literally could not remember any of my phone numbers - not work, not home, not my cell - nothing. I was so shaken up. The officer just kept looking at me waiting and I told him that I just couldn't remember. Then I gave him what I later remembered was a combination of my work and home numbers. I can't even imagine what nonsense would be coming out of my mouth if I my husband was missing.

What would you do if it were you, your FH, your mom or dad who was the one killed...Would you still rather see a guilty man go free? How do you think OJ Simpson's ex in-laws feel when they see him on tv...free? Happy that a possible innocent man is free? I don't think so.

Re: Scott Peterson

I think we were speaking on the topic of having a fair trial and not necessarily someone guilty going free. I would not want to know that someone I loved was wrongly convicted of something and spent their whole life in prison on the fact that their trial was not fair. It happens way more than one thinks!

Re: Scott Peterson

There are just too many facts going against him. I read today that most likely the trial won't move as far down as LA (Its like 5 hours at least from Modesto) and supposedly the prosecution is pushing for it to come to my county. I am so interested in this case. I absolutely think the bas%$rd did it.

I think that it's only fair he get some sort of fair trial. But I think the facts will speak for themselves.

10 bucks he gets off for not enough evidence

that's usually what the grand jury does, see if there's enough evidence to go to trial. Has there been one or is the one coming up the grand jury trial?
