Scotto Brothers places

Original post by tracyg

Do they all have pretty much the same prices? or do you find one to be cheaper than another? just curious. I hope to book with one, but not sure which. Going to see Fox Hollow tonight maybe.

We chose CB. We like modern architecture and the style that CB has. I am not a country person at all.
The rooms are a bit dark but I wanted the low light affect. Very romantic and dreamy like.

We have the Saturnia and Leaonardo DaVinci rooms.

We chose the Fox Hollow because of the ambiance. We LOVED the dark wood, the fire place and everything else about the place! Our room is the Garden Terrace, with a wall lined with tons of windows, so I don't have the basement effect! I think all of the rooms at FH are beautiful!

We also loved Westbury Manor, however, FH's bro got married there. So we decided not to go with them.

I have never seen CB, but will be attending the expo there on 1/29! Can't wait to see it, I've always wanted to go in!

We had our wedding at CB and it was amazing. From the moment we looked at it, we fell in love and it was def our style. The food was amazing and they treated us like royalty. I am going back there for my friend e-party next month and I am so excited to be there again.

june262004... Do you remember which room you were shown at the Fox Hollow?

I'm having my reception at the Fox Hollow with 250 guests and the room is huge and bright (Garden Terrace)... The dark, tiny room that I remeber seeing is the Briar Fox (that's where our cocktail hour is)...

sn00k, that's the room I'm in too!!! I LOVE it!! I guess my cocktail hour is in the Briar Fox as well! Unless of course it's nice out, but who knows in October.

When are you getting married there?

OctBride03 -- I liked the room because there is ample dancing space!! I like the Briar Fox room... it can't be too elaborate otherwise it would take away from the reception. You never know with the freaky weather we've been having, you may just luck out and have warm day and you can have the cocktail hour outside

I'm getting married on March 8th... my luck it'll snow...

I'll keep my fingers crossed for no snow

I cannot wait to hear your review!

SN00k4 - I am having the same fear of snow. My date is March 15th at the Chateau Briand.

I think if it didn't snow, I would be worried... so far everything that I've done for this wedding it has snowed.

Last January it snowed only once... and that was the day before our engagement party.

Snowed when I picked out invites, dropped off envelopes for address as well as picking them up.

Probably will snow on Sunday (that's my shower)... even though the weather people are predicting snow for Monday...

So I think that snow is my lucky charm...

I chose CB because like Wanda, I'm not more into the glamourous look that CB has. CB is so fancy, i couldn't resist
I think you cannot go wrong tho' w/any of their places. My matron got married at Fox Hollow, and it was beautiful

OR the sky is getting all of the snow out of it's system so you will have a BEAUTIFUL day in March!

But I like the lucky charm idea!

My favorite part about the CB is the art deco style and the Europa Cocktail hour. My FH loves the Normandy room but I wish it was a little grandeur.

I'm Russian and it feels like the Entire russian community says the food is amazing. That is really really important to me.

I am also in the Garden Terrace room. I love the big dance floor and since we're getting married in May I thought it would be nice to be overlooking the gardens. Plus as long as it's nice out you have your own entrance into the cocktail hour and then you go straight into the room. This way you kind of feel like you're the only wedding there. I also liked that the bridal suite is right there and you don't have to go upstairs for it.
