Seafood boat v. VH

If you had to pick one, which would you prefer? The raw bar/seafood boat at CH or a Vienese Hour?

The VH adds an additional hour onto your reception and a lot of people (some who may have work the next day or whatever) might not want to stay.

This isn't true at every hall.

-- in my mind i think i would worry that there would be a mass dessert run into another room during the last hour of my reception- where most of the dancing takes place-- and that is why, usually, the VH is an extra hour long.

That is exactly what I'm afraid of. Both of you are right though...I'm having the VH rolled into my reception b/c of the sunday night thing but I'm having it set up early...it's not going to be the last hour of my party...the reception ends at 12 so I'm having them set it up at 10:30 so there is still time at the end. I'm just debating if I would prefer seafood. I might do both but I just wanted to get some opinions.
