Is anyone adding or got the raw bar for the CH. I dont know if I should get it. A waste of money? It looks so nice decorated in a Nautical display. I am getting a variety of different seafood dishes at the CH anyways but not oysters, lobster nothing raw. Is it worth it? Maybe when I give in my second to last payment they will add it in for me at half price.

yup thats what we did, added the seafood bar, vienesse and added an hour to our reception

yup thats what we did, added the seafood bar, vienesse and added an hour to our reception
ditto - and we split it up like you katleigh - 1/2 to CH and 1/2 hr to reception time... I think that's such a great idea - especially b/c the CH has the bestest food...
My cocktail hr. at Russo's has so many seafood dishes that we skipped the seafood bar. I didnt want to over do it
Yeah the WM is good with adding and negociating and all that good stuff.

We're going to wait and see how our budget works out. If we have extra money, we will add the seafood. I hope we do cause i love it and it looks so nice!!

Our hall threw in for no extra charge (along with a whole bunch of other things)a seafood boat and our banquet manager said if our guests can eat the whole thing (which he has never ever seen done) he will refill it again to the brim!it's obvious he doesn't know mine and FH's family!

suggestion for girls who aren't sure about add ons per person:
we wanted a sushi bar bc we love sushi - but not many of our guests will eat it
so instead we decided to pass around a few trays of sushi at the CH instead so whoever wants it can have it but we dont have to pay per person! so if you dont want to pay per person you should ask if there is another way to include it at your CH

At my RH its $25 pp. Thats like $5500 extra.![]()
