I want to do a seafood bar, but I also want to do a viennese, I don't think I can do both so I think I'll go with the Viennese.
I seriously want every single add-on that my hall offers, although I know that the standard package will be more than enough. I'm just a greedy bride

I added it.. Both my family and FH;s family LOOOOOOOOVE fish. So it all depends on what you think your guest will like.


I upgraded to EVERYTHING Villa's had to offer. Plus he threw in A LOT for free. So I am having a monster of a wedding.

Everything???? If i added everything JT has to offer, it would be a couple hundred dollars extra pp, i would be paying hmmm over $500 pp lol.

I was considering doing this. It would be another $10 a person for us. but it comes in a boat with ice sculptors. I dont want ice sculptors as I think they aer kinda silly. So money and sillyness combined, I think we are going to not do it- mostly due to the money. But, I think if it were there, it would be a big hit as far as people enjoying eating those. We actually tried really hard to get it thrown in when we first booked but they wouldn't budge as they said they wont do this for anyone... which isn't true as I see they have done this for other people- ohhh well.

We are going to do the raw bar minus the lobster for $10 pp as opposed to $20. Maybe you can work a deal that way...It will only be shrimp, clams and oysters, but it comes with an ice sculpture

I love the idea of having the Sushi added on as a passed item...GREAT idea!!! I might be able to talk FH into that.

WOW...most catering halls charge $20 - $22 for the seafood bar??? Flowerfield only charges $16pp for the 'Jewel of the Seas'...aka...seafood bar. I feel like a got a deal Well...Irishsweetheart got it thrown in...I'm a little jealous and that boat is super cute!

I love when people share their good ideas. I am going to ask my RH to just have shrimp, oysters, clams and crab, I can do without the lobster and that will cut the price. But I went to my friends wedding though and she had lobster and that was the first thing people went for, but they had to clean it which got a little messy. Or maybe I can say add in the lobster and shrimp but nothing else.

My cocktail hr. at Russo's has so many seafood dishes that we skipped the seafood bar. I didnt want to over do it

I went to a wedding at Russo's last July and they had alot of seafood dishes.

We added ours at the last minute. Although it was very pricey, looking back I'm so glad we went through with it because it was such a hit! Everyone was talking about how wonderful the seafood station was.

Glad you were happy with it...Yeah many people I know and including myself Seafood is a big thing...Theres only a few people i know that don't like it
