Seating and RSVP

Seating and RSVP

Do you make the seating chart once you get all the responses back or do you fill in the people when they RSVP? I've heard not everyone responds so I was wondering....TIA

I waited until I had most of the rsvp's back to start the seating chart. Which I just finished! YAY!!!!

I did the same as my date twin. However, I am not nearly finished...

My FIL's are great and did their side of the family so it was pretty painless for me.

I have about half of my RSVPs back and haven't even thought of starting my seating chart. I'll probably wait until the RSVP date, Sept. 11, and then start doing them.

I started as I started to receive the RSVPs and a week after my RSVP date I had all the seating done.

We started putting together who would sit at what table and then I will cross of the names as we get 'no' responses and then rearrange it from there. I'm not sure where the table placement is going yet, but I'll wait until all responses come it.

I already have it finished (before the invites went out) so I figure I'll just cross off the ones who aren't coming and configure something.
