seating chart help asap!

what size is your chart? how many people are on your chart?

and for guests that are bringing a date (and you know the dates name) do they get their own entry on the seating chart with their name or is it the persons name we invited 'and guest' as one entry

ie:


Jessica Lewis and guest....................... Table 7

or

Jessica Lewis............................... Table 7

Guest (name obv) ............................. Table 7

I made my chart and the size was 24x36

I gave everyone their own entry bc I had my chArt go by table not by last name alphabetical. Not sure if that helps or not

we didnt do a seating chart, but all the ones ive seen at weddings ive been to, have been

mine was 18 x 25 ... i went alphatebetically and gave the guests their own line:

Mr. John Doe.....3
Ms. Sarah Smith....3
Mr. and Mrs. Davis .... 5

my mom didn't like that i didn't 'attach' the guest to their date but i wanted everyone there to feel just as important as the next
