A friend once told me they based thier seating chart on the order of RSVP's. So the ones who send back their RSVP first get the good, front seats and the ones who make you wait....they sit in the back. I first thought this was WAY to unconventional for me but after hearing about having to call people to get their responses and who needs to sit with who and who can't sit with this one...this idea sounds better and better everyday! LOL

Uhhh it sounds pretty impossible and I think the guests would be confused/annoyed when they realize they're sitting with people they don't know.

yeah hate to break it to you but it's not going to be as easy as that LOL. Honestly, I didn't think the seating arrangement was all that bad. You'll be fine

I helped my sister with her seating chart and we made a layout of the room on a big peice of cardboard and then used paper plates and round stickers to be the people.... it was fantastic!

I Love that idea!! I was thinking just having open seating, or maybe a pulling response cards out of a fishbowl!! I'm dreading this part!

My FH is looking forward to the seating chart. I think he's crazy. I love your idea if only to encourage people to respond quickly and get responses in so that they don't have to sit in the back or by the DJ. LOL
