no one will ever be 100% happy. with that said, we had tables with crazy odd numbers, like one with 9 people but another with like 13. our tables could accomodate 14 people and they told us not to have less than 10 at any table and one table had 9. oh well i couldn't add anyone else to that table
and i had people sitting in one table where one half didn't know the other. no one cares. they know you can't always seat them with people that they know. as long as they sit next to their date they will have someone to talk to. don't stress over it.

V, if you want I can give you an outline of what I did for mine...(I had to seat 257 people, I thought I was going to kill someone, but this way is sooo so not stressful and easy to do..)all I did was buy a cork board, push pins, and different colored post its. Each push pin represents a person at the table. I color coordinated my family his family our friends vendors and bridal party. with the push pins it was easy bc if you wanted to move someone you just take them out..
