MY street has not seen a plow since the storm started. I'm stranded. I work in Port Washington and the LIRR is only running every 2 hours and there's no guarantee you can get on a train. I have no way to get to work and my job is angry with me. Anyone wanna pick me up?
FUKC YOU BLOOMBERG, insisting the city did a great job. NO YOU DIDN'T, not when there's residents stranded for 2 days meanswhile Manhattan is moving along just fine. FUKC YOU!
I live in queens and this is my second day home. I'm losing it!!!! My streets are not plowed and no one in my area believes in shoveling their sidewalk either.
The city did a great job where, manhattan? What happened this time? This is the worst it has ever been.

Still waiting for plows to make it here too...my car is buried and I am catching cabin fever being stuck at home for days. Running out of food too...lol

my fiance just ran out and they apparently just plowed some of the side streets in bayside.. it's a miracle!

it sucks when employers dont understand, most my coworkers live near the office, and nassau county tends to be clean a lot sooner than suffolk, they prob think iam full of $hit when i called out today, but its 3pm & we literally just got plowed.

I got stuck at penn station on Sunday night until Monday morning! The only reason I got home was b/c i took the subway to jamaica ans my uncle picked me up in his truck. It's especially awful in queens.

I work for Publishers Clearing House and seems like they just completely ignored Channel Drive - granted theres only like 6 or 7 businesses on this road but my company alone is a few hundred people who all basically skiied into the aprking lot today a complete disaster such a shame that are taxes pay for these shenanigans

Wow. I live in Centereach and I had to drive to Patchouge to work in the blizzard. Drove home sunday night and back to work monday morning. When you work in a hospital you can't call out because of snow.

I understand that, I worked in a hospital for years and if you were essential personnel and your roads weren't plowed, they came to get you. Apparently, YOUR streets got plowed. If you saw the photo in the thread you'd see there was no possible way I could get out of my driveway and onto my street. Rite Aid certainly wasn't coming to get me. and I called a couple people to try to come get me and they couldn't. My fiance in Brooklyn is STILL not plowed. But congrats, you're a hero. I really don't appreciate what you're implying.
