If your second guessing, maybe you should go try on other dresses. However, I think you were probably upset because you did not get the reaction you wanted. But you have to like the dress and no one else. So if you bought it, it must have been for a reason. I always say....Go with your first instinct.
I totally agree with Kelly. You loved that dress for a reason. Once it's altered, you'll look fabulous!! I have a feeling, your not feeling it because it's too big on you. It's gorgeous by the way. I love it.

That is so sweet for your FH to offer to pay for a new dress......however, I think your dress is beautiful!!! You obviously chose it as THE DRESS for a reason. It's hard to imagine yourself in a dress that is too big---my entire gown searching experience was like that. (How am I supposed to know what my dress looks like with these big black clothespins everywhere?!?) Anyways, being brides, we're put under a lot of stress to make so many decisions that it's so easy to second-guess ourselves. If this dress makes you happy and you feel wonderful in it, then I say keep it, no matter what anyone else says about it. This is YOUR day!!
