Good morning ladies!! Have any of you obtained a second job to help along with the wedding?? If so, what are you doing?

i have a 2nd job as a promo model. but its not to save for the wedding. ive been doing it for liek 3 yrs. its been slow lately but hopefully when the weather gets better ill be getting booked for more jobs so i can use that money for the wedding!
fh suggested iw ork at the new hooters opening up by us... lol i would just for the fun of it. ive always wanted to be a waitress but i think its a hard job..and i hate people... lol
if you can deal with the people it could be a good idea, you would make lots of money in tips!

id love to but i dont want to give up the only time I see FH and that is the weekends. He needs to get a job the unemployment thing is annoying. I also go to school Monday and Tuesday so it wouldnt work that well.

I've always wanted to learn to bartend. I took a class but the teacher started drinking the liquor and the school closed down.

Yes in the Jericho Quad. They offered me a job a while back but it was full time. At the time i was only looking for part time. I couldnt find the managers number over there so i had to apply through the regular HR email. its probably 1 of thousands of resumes they receive.

I work two jobs for it! lol I work as assistant manager @ gamestop and third key @ the Claire's right next door to it. So I walk from one to the other. and it is hard and I feel like I have no time to breathe, let alone see FH. Hopefully it's worth it ya know?

its like I work 3 jobs and it sux...i am at an unpaid internship to finish my masters then I work for Score! tutoring center and then I work at a clothing store...and some how still manage to have NO moola!!

I teach HS math during the day, but I also teach on the college level and tutor. So I am go to tutor as much as I can and set aside all the money from teaching college until the wedding.

I did not do it for the wedding but I have been working as a manager at Home Depot for the past 7 years.

I have a second job but I'm lucky enough that I can do most of it from home through a remote desktop on my computer... Its only like an extra $100 a week but every little bit helps...

i applied for this too a few months back, it would be perfect for me because they are flexible with hours and its right near my full time job. unfortunately the called me the DAY BEFORE they were holding interviews so i didnt have enough time to take off work. I need a second job ASAP !!!

do they need help? lol, i'd love to get something where i could work from home, but everything i find online seems like a scam

FH and I both did. He got two coaching jobs (one fall, one spring), and I teach after school chess and arts and crafts classes at the local elementary school. It doesn't pay much, but I'm hoping it translates into a summer job...
I am an assistane manager at a clothing store so my schedule does not allow for a second job since I don't have set hours...

I'm back working at the kennel and doing dog training. I'm also tutoring. FH and I used Vista Print for thank you card to attach to eparty favors and I ordered some free businees cards for tutoring and a magnet for my car for dog training. The little extra will help us.
