I wanted to ask everyone before I went any further....
I suggested to Mich that I would be more than happy to organize the secret bride part of the shower - meaning finding out where all the attendees are registered and then suppying each attendee with a bride to buy something for.
I remember how the 08 brides took care of this and I would be happy to run it the same way. As Mich receives the responses I will keep track of the registeries and secret brides.
Is everyone ok with that before I continue?
Also, I think we need to start discussing who would like to do what... I know the shower is a long ways away but we need to talk about a few things like:
1. How to get LIW invovled 2. Favors 3. Deocrations 4. Games 5. Etc
How do you think we should go about figuring out who would like to do what?

I think the registry gift is great and then a grab bag well is good.

ok good so we will do a cheap grab bag gift and a reg gift. the grab bag wont be mandatory and we will play the trade present game im sure we will be posting about the committees soon. Im not positive but i think if I remember correctly we already agreed when we first discussed the shower that there wouldnt be a lot of people involved in the secret santa otherwise everyone will know whos getting who and there wont be as many surprises. so if I remember correctly we agreed on 2 people and I think they know who they are... but of course everyone is welcome to be involved so there will be lots of areas to help in and if im wrong please correct me but this is just what i remember.

I think you are right..I remember that I volunteered and then took back my volunteering cause there were other girls that really wanted to do it. Id be happy to help out in some other way!

I don't remember a post about secret bride and offered b/c I know a lot about the 08 shower. If there was someone already working on it just let me know. I was trying to help out Michelle and am crazy about party planning so I thought it could be fun. I know Dani wanted to help and we need 2 but if there are more people and I'm stepping on toes let me know.
I just don't ever remeber a thread aside from this morning about shower comittee so I jumped on it in order to get the ball rolling
I think we need 2 people for secret bride and one for grab bag - making sure we have enough grab bag wishing well things
