bring a notebook with you, because you will never remember what they say. also it saved my butt since my sister wrote down every word the guy said & it saved us money in the end.

Just be careful with the weather tomorrow. I was scheduled to see the Swan Club and they gave me a courtesy call due to the impending weather tomorrow. I thought how nice of them and I rescheduled for next Saturday.
