Self Adhesive Small Bows
Do you know where I can find these to stick on front of programs?

Would you consider doing them yourself? You could get the ribbon from a craft store, make the bows and then attach with adhesive (like glue dots). It would be so much cheaper - but it would be time consuming.

I've seen them at Michaels and AC Moore.
