Selling unworn weding gown-$700 OBO

I bought this Oleg Cassini gown in September and just last week decided I wanted to get a whole different dress. Now I am hoping to sell this one quickly. It is a size 8, unworn with all tags still attached, with beautiful ivory and champagne bead and lace work, corset style sweetheart top, with a pullup skirt. The gown is gorgeous and will look great on any bride. This gown retails in David's Bridal for $1050 but I am looking to sell it for $700 (OBO). Pick up from my west babylon home is ideal, but can be shipped if bride is willing to pay the extra cost.
